中国动漫产业核心竞争力研究——以《喜羊羊与灰太狼》为例

 摘要：动漫产业被视为21世纪最有希望的朝阳产业之一，各国政府纷纷从经济、文化、社会等层面高度重视并积极推动原创。目前，我国的动漫产业发展还存在较多问题，要在激烈的国际竞争中占得一席之地尚任重而道远。本文以企业核心竞争力理论为依据，结合动漫产业竞争的特殊性，以《喜羊羊与灰太狼》为切入点，从核心资源和核心能力两个维度探讨了动漫产业核心竞争力的构成，并对各种构成要素展开了具体分析。
 本文认为，产业核心资源与产业核心能力是构成产业核心竞争力的两个最基本的要素。动漫产业的核心资源是指产业稀缺的或独有的资源，它们来自对产业各种资源的积累、整合、吸收，包括核心内容资源、核心人才资源；动漫产业的核心能力是一个动态的、系统的能力体系，包括协调整合能力与持续创新能力，持续创新能力是以协调整合能力为基础的能力提升。产业核心资源与核心能力要素拥有的多少，直接影响动漫产业核心竞争力的强弱。

STUDY ON THE CORE COMPETENCE OF CHINESE ANIMATION INDUSTRY
—TAKE PLEASANT GOAT AND BIG BIG WOLF AS AN EXAMPLE
 Abstract：Animation industry in the 21st century is considered one of the most promising industry. Governments through out the world emphasize it and put out policies in the field of economy, culture and also society to promote the original. At present, there are still many problems in the development of China's animation industry when facing up to the fierce international competition. Based on the theory of corporation core competence, this paper takes the Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf as the entry point. In this paper, combined with the particularity of animation industry, we discuss the core competence of animation industry from two dimensions –core resources and core capacities - and launch specific analysis on various elements.
 In this paper, I consider that core resources and core capacities are two fundamental factors for the core competence of an industry. Core resources of animation industry are resources which are rare and unique. They come from the accumulation, integration and assimilation of industrial resources. The ore capacity of animation industry is a dynamic system. It includes the capacity of integration and continuous innovation. And the improvement of innovation capacity lies on the development of industrial integration. These two factors make a great difference on the core competence of animation industry directly.
