解读SNS网站的双刃剑效应——以开心网为例

 【摘  要】
 以“开心网”为代表的一批新兴的实名制社会交友网站，近年来成为了网络时代的新宠。它们将用户现实生活的社会关系搬到了网络上，不仅摆脱了以往网络交往匿名、虚无的恶名，并成为了用户扩大现实人际交往与娱乐的希望所在。作为接受网络新生事物最快的白领、学生群体，SNS网站对于他们的网络社交的影响是最大、也是最具代表性的。
在此背景下，研究和解决我国SNS的社交网络问题就具有更加重要的现实意义。本文选择了以实名制为代表的“开心网”作为研究的对象。社会性网络服务(SNS)是WEB2.0时代标志性的网络服务新型模式，它成为连结虚拟网络与真实人际关系的桥梁，也成为人们青睐的人际传播新工具。文档在全面地分析了我国社交网络的普及与兴起，以及用户使用开心网情况分析，它包括使用者对开心网的依赖度、使用者玩开心网的动机以及开心网对其产生的影响。通过对开心网的调查问卷分析，显示出用户对开心网提供服务的满意度以及基于用户的需求，提出开心网发展前景的对策：首先，应不断创新满足用户的需求。其次，应不断加强网站维护功能，减少其对现实生活的负面影响。
 笔者认为，SNS网站的兴起使人们回到了个人对个人真实交往的形态，这也显示出了人们对于回归真实人际交流的内在需求与渴望。从某种意义上说，SNS帮助了人们由单纯地拉近技术信息距离，到真正走入人际互动的地球村。未来SNS网站的发展以及问题的解决并不是一朝一夕的事，是一个复杂、长期的过程，任重而道远。

【Abstract】
 With "kaixin.com" as the representative of a group of new real-name system，the social networking site in recent years has become the new favorite in the Internet age. They move users’ social relation of real life to the network. They not only get rid of the notoriety of anonymous, but also have become the users’ hope to expand the reality of interpersonal interaction and entertainment. The impact of SNS social networking site on white-collar workers and students who accept new things fastest is the largest and most representative.
 Under this background, research and solve problems on SNS social network has more practical significance. This paper chose the representative "kaixin.com" as the object of study. Social networking services (SNS) is a sign of new model of network services at the age of the times WEB2.0, and it not only has become the bridge to link a virtual network and real relationships, but also become the popular new tool of interpersonal communication. The thesis analyze comprehensively  rise and popularity of social networking in China, and situation of web users’ using which includes the users’ reliance on the Kaixin.com, motivation to play, and impact by Kaixin.com. Through a questionnaire analysis on Kaixin.com, it showed that satisfaction of network users’ and their basic needs, and proposed countermeasures of its future development. Firstly, it should be innovative to meet the needs of users. Secondly, it should continue to strengthen the web site maintenance functions, and to reduce their negative impact on real life.
 The rise of the SNS Web site makes people come back to the real situation of individual communication，which also shows people’s inherent needs and aspirations of the return to the real person communication. To some extent, SNS helped the people come into the global village of interpersonal interaction while not purely narrow technical information distance. It is a complex and long way to go for developing SNS and solving its problems.
