我国B2C电子商务的物流配送研究

摘  要

 从20世纪末开始，随着互联网及通信技术的日趋成熟，电子商务这一交易方式日益受到人们的关注。但是，作为网下的物流节,目前的发展还极不完善，成为制约网上商城发展的一大瓶颈。本文档从现代物流的基本发展状况出发，结合B2C电子商务独特新颖的运作方式及发展中存在的问题，寻找影响物流运作的各项因素。根据电子商务企业对物流运作的不同要求分析不同物流运作模式的优缺点，探寻最佳的方案。接着以10家网上书店为例，分析他们目前所采用配送模式的缺点，提出改进地方法和改进后的模式。

ABSTRACT

From the late 20th century began, with the Internet and communication technology matures, e-commerce transactions approach to this increasingly attention. However, as a net under the logistic link, the current development is also very imperfect, as a constraint to the development of an online mall major bottleneck. In this paper, the basic development of modern logistics in the starting position, combined with a unique B2C e-commerce mode of operation and development of novel problem to find the factors that affect the logistics operation. According to the operation of e-business logistics analysis of the different requirements of different strengths and weaknesses of the logistics operation, and exploring the best solution. Then for example of ten internet bookstore, analysis the distribution pattern of shortcomings and   improving the methods and improved model.
