摘要

 针对我国货运代理自身发展的问题和面临的机遇及挑战，本文开展了货运代理转型研究，认为货运代理应该加快转型的步伐，积极发展，本文由引言和正文组成，正文分成五部份，其结构大致如下:
 第一章引言部分，简单介绍了国内货代业发展的现状以及其所面临的机遇和挑战，引言部分同时指出了货代业转型的意义以及文档研究的思路。
 第二章文献综述，主要阐述了其他文献对货代业未来发展方向的观点，并且对这些观点进行分析总结。
 第三章初步分析，分析了当前国内货运代理企业所面临的现状，国内货代自身存在的问题以及外部环境产生的困境。
 第四章深入分析，首先分析我国货代企业转型的一些思路，列出了货运代理转型的几种可能性方向。然后结合国内外成功的实例，以及这些成功转型的公司的模式，提出了实施货运代理转型的对策。
 第五章结论部分，对本篇文档进行了思想总结。
 总之，我国货运代理应把握物流业热兴和中国“入世”的机遇，建立现代化企业制度， 调整自己的经营战略， 积极应对市场的变化与发展，为客户提供更有个性化、更完善的服务，尽快转型。

ABSTRACT
 According to the development problems of China’s freight agency,and the opportunities and challenges it’s facing ,this paper makes a research of the reforming of China’s freight agency . China’s freight agency has to speed up to make reforms .
 The paper consists of two main parts including the introduction and the body. Then the body is further divided into five small parts. Structures of the paper are as follows:  
 First chapter is a brief introduction of the China’s freight agency’s historical background , the present situation of chinese freight forwarding ,the challenges and opportunities that chinese freight forwarders are facing . It also points out the great significance of the reforming and the train of thought of the thesis.
 The second chapter , the review , sums up the points of other theories to the future developing direction of chinese freight foawarders . Make an analysis of those points.
 Chapter three , the preliminary analysis . First , analysis the present situation of China’s freight forwarding ,and the challenges and opportunities that chinese freight forwarders are facing . Second part is the analysis of its internal problems and external environment of China’s freight forwarding .
 Chapter 4, first , organizes the thought for freight forwarder reform ; Lists some types of reforming ; .Then it lists some strategies of  this transition based on some instance .
  Chapter 5 , the conclusion , sums up the ideas of  this whole thsis .
 In all, the industry of freight forwarding in our country should grasp the opportunities of the prosperity in logistics industry and China joining WTO. Freight forwarding enterprises should establish modernized systems, rectify their operation strategies and actively respond to the changes and development in the market. Then they  will offer the clients more characteristic and more complete services and finally accelerate  the transformation.
