货运代理公司物流运输成本分析

 摘  要

       随着企业竞争战略的变化和物流管理运作方式的发展，物流成本已经成为企业应对市场竞争和维护客户关系的重要战略性资源。运输成本在物流成本中所占的比重最大，运输活动及其载体所构成的运输体系又是物流管理体系中最重要的组成部分，合理的组织运输过程，以较低的成本完成运输过程，是降低物流成本和提高经济效益的重要途径
 本文在运输成本核算理论的基础上，对远大物流公司运输成本进行分析，找出存在的问题，针对问题提出一些改进措施，使运输过程合理化。
关键词：物流成本、运输成本、成本核算
ABSTRACT
       
        With the changes in  competitive strategy of enterprises and the development of Operation of logistics management ,logistics cost has become cope with market competition and maintain an important strategic customer relationship resources. Transportation costs in the logistics cost share of the largest vehicle transport activities and the transportation system posed by the logistics management system is the most important component of the rational organization of the transportation process in order to lower the cost to complete the transport process, is to reduce logistics costs and an important way to enhance economic efficiency.
  In this paper, based on he theory of transport cost, take Yuan Da logistics companies to analyze, identify problems, propose some improvements for the issue of measures to rationalize the transportation process.
