产业集群物流园区规划及运营模式探讨——以金恒德汽配城为例

摘  要

 物流园区的建设有助于为产业集群市场提供集成化、专业化、一体化的物流服务，降低物流成本，改善物流服务，提升产业集群竞争力，并且 产业集群和物流园区可以实现互动耦合发展。建设一个适合产业集群发展的物流园区，需要通过对市场、战略、功能、布局、商业计划等方面的规划，同时结合理论实际和国内外经验，从物流园区建设资金筹措，运营风险等角度出发，找到适合的运营模式。另外，要关注物流园区的建设和管理。
 本文拟以金恒德国际汽配物流中心为例，结合一些已有的调查数据，从产业集群物流园区规划的必要性和可行性、产业集群物流园区规划及管理的重点、物流园区运营模式类型和发展的重点等三个方面来展开研究，希望能对我国汽配产业集群的物流园区建设管理问题的研究起到补充和发展作用。

ABSTRACT

The construction of logistics parks will help providing clusters, professional, integrated logistics services for integrated industry. Enhance the competitiveness of industrial clusters and industrial clusters and logistics park development can interact and coupling. Construction of a logistics park for enterprise development, need careful planning, also with reality, and domestic and foreign experience, starting from the amount of logistics industrial clusters, agglomeration, product characteristic, logistics feature and so on, finding appropriate business model. Also, paying attention to the construction and management of logistics parks.        This article sets Jin heng De international auto parts distribution center as an example, combineing a number of existing survey data, getting an research from the necessity and feasibility of the planning logistics park ,the priority of the industrial clusters of logistics parks ‘s construction , the analysising of the logistics park operation system and development priority. Hoping this article will help the auto parts industry cluster's Logistics Park's construction,management and development.
