文档编号:WL220 文档字数:13947,页数:26 摘 要 在科学技术和工业生产飞速发展的今天,物流已经成为国民经济中的一个新兴的服务部门,正在全球范围内迅速的发展壮大,物流是“第三个利润源”,仓储是物流的重要组成部分之一。对仓储系统的优化和设计,是减少仓储成本的一种很重要的手段,通过减少仓储的成本,提高仓储的效率来到达减少整个物流活动的成本,从而到达提高整个企业的效益,所以对仓储的管理实际上就是对企业的管理,可以这样说,仓储的管理水平就体现了一个企业的整体管理水平,仓储管理包括商品的出入库管理、商品的在库管理以及其中最重要的货位管理。本文主要是介绍华成仓库在日常运作过程中所遇到的一些问题,并针对这些问题提出改进的方法,包括对产品出入库流程以及货位管理的优化和设计,在这些设计中采用了目前一些先进的技术比如射频识别技术对这些流程进行改进,提高了自动化仓储的智能性。在货位管理的优化方面提出了适用于自动化立体仓库的新的ABC货位管理方法,这是一种专门针对自动化立体仓库专门提出的管理方法。这个改进方法的提出解决了华成公司仓库的货位问题,节约了成本,提高了效率。 The rapid development in the logistics industry today, Logistics has become an emerging national economy's service sector ,it is developing rapidly in the world , Logistics is "the third profit source",Warehouse is an important part of the logistics, optimal design of the warehouse systems is an important way of reduce the cost of the warehouse. By reducing warehouse costs and improving the efficiency of warehouse to reach the reduction in the cost of the entire logistics activities, in order to improve the effectiveness of the entire enterprise, therefore, the management of warehouse is actually the management of enterprises it can be said that the level of warehouse management is reflected in the overall management of an enterprise level, warehouse management including in and out of warehouse system, and goods management in the warehouse as well as the most important one is that cargo space management. This paper is mainly discussed some problems in HuaCheng warehouse daily operation, and provide some improved methods for these problems, including in and out of system and cargo space management optimal design. In these designs use some advanced techniques such as RFID, improve the intelligent of the automated storage and retrieval system(AS/RS), and improved a new ABC management method for AS/RS. This improved method had solved the cargo problem of the warehouse of HuaCheng Company,saved the cost and improved efficiency. 目录 第一章 引言 1
