VMI模式下仓储作业流程分析与优化探讨--以浙江长运物流股份有限公司杭州储运分公司为例
 摘  要
 
 在现代的物流系统中，仓储是非常重要的构成要素之一，在VMI模式下，现代仓库在物流作业中发挥着极其重要的作用，它不仅具有储存、保管等传统功能，而且包括拣选、配货、检验等作业，并具有配送功能以及附加标签、重新包装等流通加工功能。仓储作业流程的效率会直接影响仓储效益和客户满意度，因此对仓储作业流程有必要进行分析，对存在缺陷的作业流程进行优化。
 浙江长运物流股份有限公司杭州储运分公司是一家走在行业前列的第三方物流企业，仓储实力雄厚，在其仓储管理中已实施VMI仓储模式。本文以杭州储运分公司为研究对象，通过分析杭州储运公司的仓储作业流程现状及存在问题，运用BPR等流程分析工具和方法，结合VMI模式下仓储作业流程的特点及要求，提出解决方案，对仓储流程业务流程进行优化，这些解决方案对其它物流企业的仓储管理也具有一定的借鉴意义。

 In the modern system of logistics, warehousing is a very important one of the constituent elements, in the VMI model, modern warehouses in the logistics operation to play a vital role, it not only has the storage, custody and other traditional functions, but also select, with goods, inspection operations, and has distribution function, as well as labeling, packaging and other re-distribution processing function. Storage processes will directly affect the efficiency of storage efficiency and customer satisfaction, and therefore the need for warehousing processes to analyze the operation of the flawed process optimization.      Zhejiang Changyun Logistics Co., Ltd. Hangzhou branch is a walk in the forefront of the industry's third-party logistics companies, warehousing strength in its warehouse management warehouse in VMI model has been implemented. In this paper, taking the Zhejiang Changyun Logistics Co., Ltd. Hangzhou Branch as the research object, by analyzing the company's warehouse storage and transportation of Hangzhou processes the status quo and existing problems, such as the use of BPR tools and methodologies for process analysis, combined with warehousing operations VMI mode characteristics and requirements of the process, come up with a solution the storage process to optimize business processes, these solutions to other logistics warehouse management also has a certain reference.
