公路运输物流企业的业务流程再造

摘  要

随着现代物流业的发展，我国公路运输物流企业需要进行业务流程再造，并通过各种相关技术与管理手段的运用，建立和加强其与客户之间的紧密关系，达到更好地为客户提供物流服务并提高其市场竞争能力的目标。本文基于业务流程再造的理论研究成果，对公路运输物流企业现状进行了分析，尤其是对温州远大物流有限公司做了详细的研究，针对该公司的业务流程再造提出了一些自己的意见和方案。
 本文首先对公路运输物流企业的现状和业务流程中存在的问题做了分析，得出了公路运输物流企业业务流程再造的必要性。然后讨论了业务流程再造的产生背景、定义和本质，再介绍了公路运输物流企业进行业务流程再造应遵循的原则、方法和技术路线。在业务流程再造中，本文选择了有代表性的温州远大物流有限公司作为个案分析，根据该公司业务流程中存在的问题，以自己所学到的知识和自己的想法，对其进行业务流程再造,用以点盖面的方式论述了公路运输物流企业的业务流程再造。

ABSTRACT

 With the develop of modern logistics, business process of road transport logistics companies in our country need to be rebuild, establish and strengthen  the  relationship with customers by  use of a variety of related technologies and management tools to process the better  logistics services for customers and improve  market competitiveness. This paper based on  many research results about BPR, analyse the present situation of the road transport logistics companies, do a detailed research of  Wen Zhou YUANDA logistics Co., Ltd especially , and made some suggestion and plans about the company’s business process reengineering.
 This article  analyse  the problem in the present situation of the road transport logistics company and  existence in business process to get the necessity of the road transport logistics company’s business process reengineering at first. Then this article discuss creation background, definition, and essence of BPR, and introduce the principle, method and technique route of the road transport logistics company’s BPR. This article choose Wen Zhou YUANDA logistics Co., Ltd as an individual case of BPR to do analysis.According to the problem in the company's business processes, I carry on BPR in the company with my own knowledge and ideas,This article use the way to point to cover up the surface to discuss the road transport logistics company’s BPR.
