浙江正泰集团物流系统设施分析规划与设计

摘  要
 企业物流系统的规划设计，关系到企业物流的建设投资、经济效益、企业运作、经营管理、生产安全等；合理的物流系统规划设计能够减少建设投资，降低物流成本，提高生产效率，使物流系统充分发挥其经济效益。因此，当前对企业物流的系统规划设计进行研究，具有重要的现实意义。
 本文从介绍设施规划的发展状况入手，分析设施规划的意义、主要内容以及方法，以浙江正泰集团销售物流系统现状为基础，应用布局设计理论对正泰销售物流系统进行较为系统的分析，找出浙江正泰集团销售物流系统设施规划中存在的主要问题。应用SLP（Systematic layout planning）在综合分析各个作业单位相互间的物流与非物流的基础上，对各作业单位的相对位置进行调整，重新布局规划物流系统，实现物流平衡，减少迂回交叉及无效往复运输，避免了产品运输中的混乱、线路过长问题的发生，实现物流各部门的布局的部分优化，最终达到对浙江正泰集团销售物流的整体优化。

ABSTRACT
 Enterprise logistics system planning and design, related to the construction of the logistics business investment, economic, business operations, management, production security; reasonable logistics system planning and design can reduce construction investment, reducing logistics costs and improve production efficiency, so that the logistics system give full play to its economic benefits. Therefore, the current-to-business logistics system planning and design of the study has important practical significance.
  This paper introduced the development of infrastructure planning to start to analyze the significance of infrastructure planning, as well as the main method of sales Zhejiang Chint Group Corporation status logistics system is based on the layout of the application of the theory of marketing logistics system Chint more systematic analysis to identify Zhejiang Chint Group Corporation sales facilities in the planning of logistics systems the main problems Application of SLP (Systematic layout planning) in a comprehensive analysis of the various operating units of the logistics of inter-and non-logistics on the basis of the operating units of the relative position adjustments, re-planning the logistics system, logistics balance, reducing indirect and invalid cross back and forth transportation, transportation of products to avoid confusion, long lines problems and realize the logistics departments to optimize the layout of the part, and ultimately achieve sales of Zhejiang Chint Group Corporation to optimize the overall logistics.
