生产物流系统分析与研究——造船业管子加工生产物流系统研究

摘  要

 造船业作为主要的装备工业，在我国国民经济中有着举足轻重的作用。虽然我国造船业在最近几年的发展很快，已经连续多年排名世界第三。但是，随着国际造船市场竞争的加剧，中国造船业也将面临更大的考验。而对于造船业这个复杂的制造工业而言，要实现我国成为世界第一造船基地的目标，就必须大力提高造船生产管理水平，优化生产物流系统。
 本文以造船业管子加工生产物流系统为研究对象，分析了国内外在该领域的现状。具体介绍了浙江某造船企业管子加工的生产物流系统。在分析现有管子加工生产物流系统之后，基于flexsim系统对中型钢管的生产物流系统进行仿真模型建立及仿真分析。通过仿真分析的结果，提出了相应的改进措施。最后，本文对所做的研究工作做了总结。

ABSTRACT

 As the central equipment industry, shipbuilding holds the balance in the national economic. China’s shipbuilding industry has developed quickly in recent years——having been ranked on the third of the list in the world for consecutive years in the past. As the competition in this market becomes more and more severe, the enterprises of this industry will be more challenged. As for this complex manufacturing industry, in order to achieve the objective of becoming the top shipbuilding base, priority should be given to the improvement of production management level of shipbuilding and optimization of production logistics system.
 This paper is mainly researching on the tube production system for Shipbuilding Enterprise and analyzing the current situation in this field at home and abroad. The paper detailedly introduces the production logistics system of the tube processing in certain shipbuilding enterprise. On the basis of the research on the current tube production system, a production line for the middle steel tube. Then this article emulates the model of the production system based on the flexsim simulation system, and analyses the simulation model. Then the improvement measures are put forward through the result of the analysis of the simulation. Finally, this text summarizes the full text and all the work has been done.
