摘要
随着全球经济一体化的加速，第一利润源和第二利润源的发展走向枯竭，加之欧美等发达国家物流管理理念的引进，我国企业也开始把目光投向了降低物流成本这个第三利润源。目前我国对物流的研究日益深入，物流成本最优化成为企业注目的焦点。在市场经济环境下，经济效益始终是企业管理追求的首要目标，控制好物流成本可以提高企业的物流管理水平，促进企业经济效益的提高。企业的成本降低在效益最大化中发挥积极的作用是企业所向往的，企业要在激烈的市场竞争中保持长久的竞争优势，就应当从战略高度积极实施物流成本控制，加强物流成本管理，以提升企业竞争力，为企业谋取更多的利润。本文阐述了山西顺兴物流有限公司通过降低物流成本立足于市场的重要性以及对公司提出一些更好的控制物流成本的建议。

On the Way to Reduce Logistics Costs
ABSTRACT
With the accelerating of global economy integrating process, the first profit source and the second profit source being exhausted, adding the introduction of occidental developed countries logistics management ideas, our enterprises also begin to pay attention to the reduction of logistics cost of the third profit source. At present, as the thorough study of logistics is deepening, the optimization of logistics cost becoming the central. In a market economy environment, cost-effective enterprise management has always been the pursuit of the primary objectives, good cost control logistics enterprises can improve the logistics management level,promote the improvement of economic efficiency of enterprises. Reduce the cost of the enterprise to maximize efficiency play an active role in the enterprise by the desire, enterprises should implement the logistics cost control strategically and actively to keep advantage for a long term in the pierce market competition. Strengthen logistics cost management, in order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises for enterprises to seek more profits .This text elaborated Shanxi Province Shunxing logistics through lower logistics costs based on the importance of market as well as to the company proposed a better control Logistics costs the suggestion.
