第三方物流的研究

 摘   要
 随着现代物流业在全球范围内的不断发展，现代物流产业已成为推动国民经济发展的重要支柱性产业之一，物流发展水平也已成为衡量一个国家综合国力的重要标志。第三方物流是随着物流理论与实践不断深入发展而出现的新的物流形态，是物流专业化、一体化的产物。本文首先从物流与第三方物流的基本概念入手，着重分析了第三方物流的概念和内涵。并应用专业化理论与交易成本理论说明第三方物流的可行性及其发展的必然性。其次阐述了第三方物流的基本流程，运营及发展模式。并对企业的物流模式和如何进行物流模式决策进行了研究。最后探讨了我国第三方物流面临的问题及对策建议。

 The Study on Third Party Logistics
Abstract: With the development of e-Logistics in the worldwide, the e-Logistics industry has been one of the important strut industries which promote the development of national economy, and the level of e-Logistics has also been the important simple to judge of one country's entire national power .The Third-Party Logistics is a new logistics form, which present itself in the developing process of logistics theory and practice. It is an outcome of logistics specialization and integration. First the text flows with the basic concept of the logistics and the Third-Party Logistics commence, analyzing the concept and the content of the Third-Party Logistics. Apply the profession to turn the theories and the trade cost theories elucidation the possibility of the Third-Party Logistics and how it develops of the logistics inevitability. The next elaborated the basic process, the Operation and the development of the Third-Party Logistics. Combine to the research on the logistics mode of the business enterprise and how to carry on the logistics mode decision. Finally inquired into the problem of our country and the counter plan suggestion that the Third-Party Logistics face.
