生鲜农产品物流运作模式的研究

摘  要
 
 本文以生鲜蔬菜为例，介绍了美国、日本、荷兰及我国台湾省等发达国家和地区农产品物流体系的运作模式 ，并提出了构建中国特色的生鲜农产品物流模式的建议。文章对人们首选的生鲜农产品——果蔬类农产品的物流模式进行研究，通过国内外农产品物流发展现状的对比分析，以供应链理论为基础，构建了以生鲜农产品加工配送中心为核心，以上游农户以及批发市场、下游生鲜超市为主要节点的果蔬类农产品供应链的物流模式，从而减少果蔬类农产品流通环节，降低物流成本，提升流通价值，进而推动果蔬类农产品市场的高效运营。随着国家对“三农”问题的广泛关注，对于如何利用有效的农产品供应链管理来降低农产品尤其是鲜活农产品浪费现象也越来越被政府和企业所重视。
 通过本文可以对以下几点进行研究 ：生鲜农产品物流运作模式的分析 ，生鲜农产品物流运作模式存在的发展现状及分析，生鲜农产品物流运作模式的经验与启迪 ，锦州市生鲜产品物流运作模式及发展建议. 从而提出了一些较好的对策促进产业的发展 。

Abstract
 In this paper, fresh vegetables, for example, introduced the United States, Japan, the Netherlands and China's Taiwan Province of China and other developed countries and regions, the mode of operation of agricultural products logistics system and proposed to build with Chinese characteristics, fresh farm produce logistics mode proposal. Articles on people's choice for fresh produce - fruits and vegetables a logistics model for agricultural research, agricultural products through domestic and international comparative analysis of the status of the development of logistics to supply chain based on the theory was constructed in order to raw agricultural products distribution centers as the core, travel for more than farmers, as well as wholesale markets, supermarkets downstream fresh fruits and vegetables as the main node for agricultural supply chain, logistics model,fruits and vegetables reduce the circulation of agricultural products, reduce logistics costs and enhance the value of the circulation, thus promoting fruit and vegetable categories of agricultural products markets, efficient operations. As the countries of the "three rural" issue of widespread concern about how to use an effective supply chain management of agricultural products to reduce wastage of agricultural products, especially the phenomenon of fresh agricultural products are also increasingly valued by government and business.
 Through this study can be the following: Fresh farm produce logistics operation mode of analysis, fresh agricultural products exist in the development of the logistics operation mode of the status quo and analysis, fresh farm produce logistics operation mode of experience and inspiration, Jinzhou City, fresh products logistics operation model and development proposals. which made a number of good responses and promote industrial development.
