 题目：第三方物流企业服务质量管理体系建设研究——以桂林小麻雀物流公司为例     
摘要
 随着现代科学技术的不断发展和全球经济一体化进程的加快，第三方物流作为一种先进的企业经营模式，正受到各行各业的广泛关注。在第三方物流行业发展的过程中，不论是物流服务的需求方还是物流企业都认为物流服务质量是服务效果的集中反映，是物流企业的生命，是物流企业参与市场竞争的法宝，是企业树立品牌形象的基本条件之一。因此，对第三方物流企业的服务质量进行研究具有很现实的意义。
 本文按照提出问题，分析问题，解决问题的思路安排文档结构，以第三方物流企业的服务质量为主线，运用“服务质量差距模型”分析了桂林小麻雀物流有限责任公司的服务质量差距产生的原因和种类，同时从客户角度出发对桂林小麻雀物流有限责任公司服务质量管理体系的建设提出意见。

Develops and global economic integration process quickening unceasingly along with the modern science technology, the third party physical distribution takes one kind of advanced enterprise business model, is receiving the various trades and occupations the widespread attention. In third party physical distribution profession development process, no matter is the delivery service demand side or the physical distribution enterprise thought that the delivery service quality is serves the effect the concentrated reflection, is the physical distribution enterprise's life, is the physical distribution enterprise participates in the market competition the magic weapon, is the enterprise sets up one of brand image basic conditions. Therefore, conducts the research to the third party physical distribution enterprise's grade of service to have the very realistic significance.
 This article according to asks the question, the analysis question, solves the question mentality arrangement paper structure, take the third party physical distribution enterprise's grade of service as the master line, has analyzed the reason which and the type with “the grade of service disparity model” Guilin small house sparrow physical distribution Limited liability company's grade of service disparity produces, simultaneously gives the comment from customer angle embarking to Guilin small house sparrow physical distribution Limited liability company grade of service management system's construction.
