中外运速递北京地区提派网络问题分析及解决

【摘要】
 快递业是当今发展较快的产业。随着中国经济持续繁荣和对外贸易的快速增长，快递服务不仅越来越受到社会各阶层客户的普遍欢迎，还与信息技术和互联网发展相结合，成为电子商务实现实物配送的主要途径，客户对于服务的时效性要求也越来越高，所以在硬件设备和人员配备相差不大的情况下，为了提高提派速度，线路规划和网点布局就显得尤为重要。
 本文主要通过对中外运速递北京分公司的提派实际路线，运量，需求分布，人均提派量，提派失败率等现状的分析，发现主要问题进而提出解决方案，将双向对开车思想引入，运用运筹学最短路延伸的数据方法以及软件模型建立二级集散点，解决问题，使派送效率上升，使公司服务上升，进而提高利润率。

【Abstract】
