关键词:中小企业、人才、人力资源管理、绩效考核、竞争力 ABSTRACT Nowdays,China’s economic develop rapidly,the economic strength is increasing year by year, we can not belittle the contribution of small and medium enterprises to it, however, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises have a major defects- business talent management properly, the development of unstable, short-lived. Therefore, the management of human resources is an important work of today's small and medium enterprises, the requirements of the Human Resources Department to realize the need for performance appraisal. Performance appraisal is an integral part of performance management’ process, it is not just the work of the staff to evaluate the performance and behavior, it should also ensure that the work of the staff activities and the results of the work with the enterprise's overall goals. An effective performance appraisal program will not only inspire the enthusiasm of the staff, but also to attract talented people to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. In this paper,we analyse the human resource management aspects of the performance appraisal of the computer industry for small and medium-sized, advanced a set of feasible options with a performance appraisal system to achieve its auxiliary.
