 众所周知，ERP的成功实施，能够给企业带来不可估量的经济效益和社会效益，然而由于ERP实施的高费用、高风险，让很多中小企业望而却步，以至于出现了“上ERP找死，不上ERP等死”的怪现象，之所以会出现这些令人沮丧的现象，其原因有很多种：
 ①互联网时代的企业信息化应用对于ERP软件的功能提出了前所未有的高要求，而目前的绝大部分ERP应用还存在着严重的信息孤岛问题、个性化应用需要高昂成本实现甚至无法实现、见招拆招、低水平实施等严重问题。
 ②ERP行业某些急功近利的行为将ERP软件神话后导致客户高昂的付出后并未得到心中的期望，实施过ERP的客户都有一朝被蛇咬十年怕井绳的感觉。
 ③客户对于ERP产品及服务成本发生了前所未有的质疑，动辄数十万、数百万的高昂成本是否合理，客户只想为自己需要的部分付费，对于正在创业的企业客户甚至有终生免费使用ERP的需求。
 产生这些问题的很大一部分原因是由于ERP系统的源代码不开放而直接或者间接所引起的。恩信科技开源ERP的诞生为中小企业带来了福音。
 本文就恩信科技开源ERP的实施展开分析，首先阐述了恩信ERP的功能模块和技术体系，接着针对恩信ERP在汽配行业的实施方案作了较为详尽的分析，最后还讨论了ERP实施过程中的项目管理以及实施的经济效益。

ABSTRACT
 As we all know, the successful implementation of ERP can bring incalculable economic and social benefits to the enterprise. However, many SMEs flinch from the high cost and high-risk of the implementation of ERP.
 There are 3 main reasons why they hesitated to use ERP:
In the internet age, SMEs require the specific high-level functions of ERP software than ever before because all the SME systems are informationalized. However, individualization customization of ERP functions may not meet SMEs’ requirements but either beyond SMEs’ afford.
As the old saying goes, “A burnt child dreads the fire.”-It is shortsighted in this industry to get the ERP software mythologized but let the customers disappointed. Because they’ve paid huge fees but can’t get exactly what they desire.
The so-called millions RMB cost of the software products and after-sell service is questioned widely by customers. They may say, “We just want to pay the part we need but not the whole one”. Enterprisers, especially on their business start stage, who ever have the desire that using the ERP for free all the lifetime.

 Most of them are somehow caused by the closed source code of ERP system directly and indirectly. The naissance of Nseer ERP brings the gospel for SMEs.
 This paper makes an analysis of the implementation of Nseer ERP. First of all, it explores the function modules and technology system of Nseer ERP. Then, the author makes a detailed analysis for the implementation programmer of Nseer ERP in the auto parts industry. At last, this paper also discussed the project management and economic benefits of the implementation of Nseer ERP.
