北联集团ERP实施分析

摘  要
 一个企业能否高效的运作，信息化管理是保证企业业务持续和降低运作成本的重要一环。随着市场竞争的不断加剧，企业的决策者迫切需要从财务、销售、采购、服务等各个角度获得企业运作信息，通过实施ERP系统，企业可以缩短交货周期、降低成本、提高客户满意度和忠诚度、优化价值链，实现核心竞争力增强的目标。
 针对当前国内企业ERP系统应用难度大、成功率不高的客观事实，本文从理论和实践两个角度出发，对国内中小企业实施ERP系统进行了全面的分析和研究。文档以北联集团为研究对象，首先介绍了北联ERP系统的需求、目标和选型，然后对北联集团ERP一期工程的应用概况做了归纳总结，对ERP系统阶段应用策略和关键问题的处理方法、系统应用中存在的局限性问题、系统的评价等进行了全面的分析和研究，在后期工程中如何推进ERP的实施方案以及面临的新问题等方面进行了全面深刻地分析，并做出了相应的预测和判断，在一期工程应用基础上对北联ERP项目做了整体特点分析及措施应对分析。
 文档在撰写过程中，力求将理论与实践相结合，在对ERP管理理论进行阐述的同时，结合北联的实际情况，给出了一个可行的实施方案，以期达到对中小企业ERP应用更深层次的认识，为国内其他中小企业实施ERP系统提供参考。

 ABSTRACT
 
 Informationization management had aleady been a high preferential and important section for contionue business and reduce cost. With the growing competition in the market, the enterprise's policy-makers urgently need to obtion the information of the business operations from financial, sales, procurement, services and other views. Through the implementation of ERP systems, enterprises can shorten the delivery cycle, reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction and Loyalty, and optimize the value chain. ERP system can enhance core competitiveness.
  Aiming at the current existent higher difficulty and lower successful probability of ERP application between domestic enterprise, this article analyses and research the implement of ERP system in medium and small enterprises from the view of ERP application between domestic enterprises. Focusing on SUNbeilian Corp. ,it introduces the requirement analysis and goal of implement of SUNbeilian Corp. ERP system, summarizes the application status of SUNbeilian Corp. in the first stage. It analyses  the disposal of key issues, research of system limitation and system evaluation. With this understanding, the autor analyse the total characeter and the measure in the implement of the SUNbeilian Corp. ERP in the end.
 During the course of writing this article, it strived to integrate theoty and practice. While expatiating the theory of ERP, the author gave a feasible and referential scheme which associated with the fact of SUNbeilian Corp. Achieve the goal of deep understanding. Offer the reference  to internal medium and small enterprises.
