Adopting the structure analysis method to carry on the demand analysis , designing a software system of customer with overall function to relate to the management .Choose SQL Server as a database server, making use of the asp development application procedure and combining javescrip language to develop the system of a browser/server structure, high-efficient carrying out all functions that are demanded in the management system of customer’s relations .
