内 容 摘 要
 本文所描述的是一个用ASP语言作为根本, IIS作为服务器平台,Dreamweaver作为开发平台，且以 B/S 模式来实现的员工信息管理系统。本系统主要包括企业员工信息管理、部门信息管理、考勤信息管理、企业数据管理等功能。文章从需求分析、系统分析、概要设计、详细设计这一系列的研究过程，完成了对该系统的阐述及开发。
 该员工管理系统的特点是管理的效率高，员工信息的安全性有很高的保障，且界面友好，易于操作，满足现代企业管理的需要.

ABSTRACT

 What this article describes is one takes fundamentally with the ASP language, IIS takes the server platform, the Dreamweaver achievement develops the platform, and realizes by the B/S pattern staff information management system. This system mainly includes enterprise staff functions and so on information management, department information management, checking attendance information management, business data management. The article from the demand analysis, the system analysis, the preliminary design, the detailed design this is a series of research process, has completed to this system's elaboration and the development.
 This staff management system management system's characteristic is the management efficiency is high, the staff information's security has the very high safeguard, and the contact surface is friendly, the simplify operation, to satisfy the modern business management the need.
