内 容 摘 要

 随着农村经济社会的发展和各项改革的深入，特别是农村税费改革以及新农村建设工程实施，我国农村经济社会文化生活发生了深刻变化，使得乡镇政权,组织面临着许多新的情况和弊端。对乡镇政权组织、领导班子、党员干部的执政能力和服务水平等都提出了严峻的考验和挑战。本文针对当前乡镇行政管理体制方面的弊端以及采用的改革措施作了初步的分析。文章首先分析了我国当前农村乡镇行政管理体制改革背景，接着分析了我国农村乡镇行政管理体制现状，并分析了现行体制存在的弊端及其原因，在此基础上，文章提出了进一步改革我国农村乡镇行政管理体制的对策。

Abstract

 With the rural economic and social development and the deepening of the reforms, especially the rural tax reform and the implementation of new rural construction projects, China's rural economic and social and cultural life has undergone profound changes, making township government, organizations face many new situations and disadvantages. The township government organization, leadership, party members and cadres of the ruling ability and service levels are all raised serious challenges. In this paper, the current township administration, as well as the shortcomings of the institutional reform measures adopted in a preliminary analysis. The article first analyzes China's current administrative system of rural township background, and then analyzes the status quo of China's rural township administrative management system and analyzes the drawbacks of the existing system, and why, on this basis, the article made further reform of China's rural township administrative management system solutions.
