^论文编号:XQJY1352 ^论文字数:7217,附开题报告 浅谈幼儿教师的专业成长 摘 要 随着基础教育改革的发展,人们充分认识到,教师是教育质量的高低与教育改革成败的关键。高素质的教师是高质量教育的前提条件,幼儿教育也不例外。幼儿教育质量的高低取决于幼儿教师的素质。无论是现代儿童观、科学教育观的确立,或是幼儿教育内容、教育方法和教育评价的改革,还是幼儿园课程改革的价值取向,落脚点都是幼儿教师来实施课程,所以对幼儿教师的专业成长的研究尤为必要。本文运用文献研究法、案例研究法,理论结合实践,对幼儿教师专业发展的影响因素、专业发展现状、存在的问题、提高幼儿教师专业发展的渠道等四个方面进行了研究。通过对影响幼儿教师专业发展的外在因素、内在因素的分析,阐述当前只有使外部因素和内部因素起到正面的激励作用,才能努力发挥主观能动性,实现专业成长的观点;并通过对当前幼儿教师专业发展现状和存在问题的论述,进一步提出应提高幼儿教师观念、提升幼儿教师不同阶段的自身专业素质、强化幼儿教师专业培训体系、通过教师行动研究带动幼儿教师专业成长等相关建议,从而为进一步提升幼儿教师专业队伍素质提供一定的理论帮助。 关键词:幼儿教师 专业成长 教育质量 Teacher's professional development Abstract In recent years, teachers' professional thoughts gradually rise. At first, teachers' specialization for teachers overall amount slants little problems, then started to change for the pay attention to teachers' overall quality, the teachers' overall quality reached a certain level after the onset of metastasis to the teachers' internal professional growth. With the basic education reform and development, people realize, teachers are the educational quality and educational reform. Teachers of high quality is the prerequisite for high quality education, early childhood education is no exception. The quality of early childhood education depends on the teachers quality. Whether it's the modern concept of children, science education view, or early childhood education content, education method and the education reform, or the kindergarten curriculum reform value orientation, goal is to implement the curriculum of preschool teachers, so preschool teacher's professional development has been crunch time. Based on the above background, this paper will combine theory with practice, focus on China's preschool teacher's professional development research, and puts forward the related proposal.
