引言
1993年10月31日颁布的《中华人民共和国教师法》对“教师”这一概念的定义是:“教师是履行教育职责的专业人士,承担教书育人、培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人,提高民族素质的使命。”这样的身份定义据定了国家和社会对教师的职业道德的高要求。由其是对于青少年学生而言,他们的人生观、价值观、道德观都并未成熟,且他们都有着强烈的求知欲和模仿性。在他们的教育过程和成长经历中,一位具有高尚师德的老师,有着举足轻重的地位。
