政府网站英译研究

摘    要
 本文首先根据现有的政府网站翻译现状，结合相关研究成果来分析部分地区政府网站翻译工作的成效并分析翻译工作做得到位与不足的原因；然后阐述目的论的发展史，以及在网站翻译中的积极作用；最后结合目的论指导下的两种翻译方法，文献型翻译方法与工具型翻译方法，以上海市内各地区政府的门户网站英文版本作为具体研究对象，分析上海市各区政府网站关于各地相关政策规定与经济生活介绍等板块的英译版本在整体结构与语言词汇运用上的具体翻译方法。

ABSTRACT
 This paper first discusses the current situations of the translation of government websites combined with the existing research background. In the view of present status, it analyses the reasons of deficient translational work and efficient translational task respectively. Then it elaborates the development of Skopos Theory and its positive function in government website translation. It finally introduces two means of translation:documentary translation and instrumental translation. It sets the English version of government websites of different districts of Shanghai as the main research object. It analyses the materials on the item of local policies and regulations, economy, life etc. Finally it summarizes the beneficial experience from the combination of the specific translational methods in handling the rendition of the whole structure and the vocabulary and grammar of website materials.
