农民工子女教育权利保障问题浅析

 摘要：在中国经济快速发展，城市化进程不断加速的过程中所产生的农民工子女教育问题，是全社会应当关注的问题。如果社会上出现的进城的“流动儿童”被社会边缘化，农村的“留守儿童”被家庭边缘化的现象得不到很好的解决，那么必然会给农民工的家庭和整个社会造成不和谐，就会影响社会经济的发展，破坏和谐社会的建立，所以文章从经济、观念、制度方面分析了农民工子女教育问题解决难的原因，并相应的提出了解决的对策和措施。

 Abstract: The agricultural laborers children education question which in the Chinese economy fast development, which the urbanized advancement unceasingly accelerates in the process produces, is the entire society must matter of concern. If in the society appears "the mobile child" which enters a city by the social edge, the countryside "remains behind to take care of things the child" not to can obtain by the family edge phenomenon the very good solution, then inevitably can give the agricultural laborers' family and the entire society creates not harmoniously, can affect the social economy the development, the destruction harmonious society’s establishment, therefore the article from the economy, the idea, the system aspect analyzed the agricultural laborers children education question to solve the difficult reason, and corresponding proposed the solution countermeasure and the measure.
