物业管理中的侵权现象分析

 摘要：在中国物业管理属于新兴产业，物业管理侵权也是随着物业管理的产生而产生的。由于中国传统社会观念的长期存在；物业管理市场的不完善；物业管理法律、法规制度不完善以及其他社会条件的不成熟等因素造成了在物业管理过程中出现了很多物业管理公司侵犯业主合法权利的现象。避免物业管理过程中侵权现象的出现需要完善法律体系，转变传统观念，提高物业管理企业的服务意识和业主的维权意识。

 Abstract: Property management is an emerging industry in china; the property management right infringement also is produced along with the property management. As a result of Chinese tradition social concept long-standing; property management service product oneself has hiding; The property management market is imperfect; The property management laws and the regulations system imperfect and all that social conditions were not mature and so on the factors create some right infringement phenomenon. Avoids in the property management process infringing upon the right the phenomenon appearance to need from the perfect legal framework, the transformation traditional ideas, enhances the property management enterprise service consciousness and owner's aspect and so on uygurpower consciousness obtains.
