我国农村养老保险的必要性分析

 摘 要：目前，我国正处在社会主义初级阶段，农村的经济还比较落后，工业化和城镇化程度比较低，制约了养老保险在我国农村的发展。而且，人口老龄化的严峻形势，以及传统的家庭养老、土地保障功能的弱化，使农村养老保险拉上了箭弦，一些地区开始积极探索农村人口的养老形式。社会养老保险是一个国家社会保障体系的重要组成部分，是社会的“稳定器”、公民生活的“安全网”。因此，探讨农村社会养老保险模式，建立和完善我国农村社会养老保险制度，对于农村的稳定、巩固农业在整个国民经济中的基础地位，彻底解决农民“老有所养”的问题，维护市场经济的正常运行，是非常重要的。

 Abstract : At present, China is in the primary stage of socialism, the rural economy is still relatively backward, industrialization and urbanization level is relatively low constraints of the old-age insurance in China's rural development. Furthermore, the aging of the population of the grim situation, and the traditional family care, land security function weakening, rural old-age insurance was put on the agenda, in some areas began to actively explore the rural population in the form of pension. Social endowment insurance is a national social security system an important component part of the society's "stabilizer" civic life of the "safety net." Therefore, the study of rural social endowment insurance model, and establish and improve China's rural social endowment insurance system for rural stability, the consolidation of agriculture in the national economy as a whole as the foundation, completely solve farmers on "security" issues, maintaining the market economic normal operation is very important.
