非营利组织与慈善事业的关系分析

 摘要：非营利组织是参与慈善事业的重要主体之一，非营利组织对慈善事业发展具有积极推动作用。非营利组织在社会上具有一定的影响力，真正体现了自愿参与慈善事业的原则，而且它的募集范围非常广泛，也由此显得更有公信力。中国非营利组织在慈善事业发展中推动不足，参与慈善事业的中国非营利组织数量很少，人才缺乏，慈善捐助数额、受助人数等普遍偏低。是因为我国的法律环境和制度不够完善，政府对于经费，人力资源等支持有限，再加上公民慈善意识淡漠，等原因造成的。政府必须完善相关的法律法规，加大政府支持力度，充分发挥社会力量的监督作用，健全非营利组织内部管理制度。

 Abstract：Must seeks to make a profit the organization is one of participationphilanthropy important main bodies, must seeks to make a profit theorganization to develop to the philanthropy has positively impels thefunction. Must seeks to make a profit the organization to have thecertain influence in the society, truly has manifested the voluntaryparticipation philanthropy principle, moreover it collects the scopeto be extremely widespread, also from this appears has Credibility .China must seeks to make a profit the organization to develop at thephilanthropy impels the insufficiency, participation philanthropyChina must to seek to make a profit the organization quantity veryfew, the talented person lacks, charitabley donates the amount, isuniversally helped the population and so on universally to be somewhatlow. Is because our country legal environment and the systeminsufficient consummation, the government regarding the funds, supportand so on human resources is limited, in addition the citizencharitabley realizes fainily, and so on the reason creates. Thegovernment must consummate the related legal laws and regulations,enlarges the government to support dynamics, fully displays the socialstrength the surveillance function, perfectly must seeks to make aprofit the organization internal management system.
