文档编号:ZY026 文档字数:9780,页数:29 摘要:介绍了2-硝基间苯二酚的应用,运用正交法改变影响反应的五个因素:①浓硝酸用量 ②乙酸用量 ③磺化时间 ④硝化时间 ⑤硫酸用量,据此设计一个五因素四水平的正交试验表。研究了制备2-硝基间苯二酚的优化工艺:5.5g间苯二酚与25ml浓硫酸发生磺化60min,然后与混酸(含硝酸量5ml,硫酸量1.5ml,乙酸量3ml,硅胶为0.5g)在5~10℃进行硝化反应3.5h,再用水蒸汽蒸馏出2-硝基间苯二酚3.21g,总收率41.39%。 关键词:间苯二酚;磺化;定向硝化;2-硝基间苯二酚;正交试验。 Abstract: The application of 2-nitro-resorcinol was introduced.the impact of the use of orthogonal reaction method to change the five factors: ① the amount of concentrated nitrate acid ②the amount of acetic acid ③sulfonation time ④nitrification time ⑤the amount of urea , The optimization of process for preparation 2-nitro-resorcinol was study 5.5g Resorcinol was sulfonated by 25ml H2SO4 and nitrated by mixture acid (5mlHNO3,1.5ml H2SO4,3mlC2H5OH, 0.5g silica gel) for 3.5h at 5~l0℃ and then distilled by water vapour to give 3.21g 2-nitroresrcinol with total yield of 41.39%.
