组态王的监控管理系统的开发

摘   要
 随着工业自动化水平的迅速提高，计算机广泛的应用于工业领域中。人们对工业自动化越来越高的要求及其种类繁多的控制设备和过程监控装置在工业领域的应用，使得传统的工业控制软件已无法满足用户的各种需求。界面和通讯是火电厂监控系统的两个重要组成部分，良好的组态软件可将界面和通讯有机结合，以达到监控真实机组运行的目的。木文论述了界面组态软件的整体框架和设计方法。本系统通过动态直观的现场状态显示界面，方便快捷的对现场情况进行监控，使系统动态的跟随现场条件而变化，降低了对操作人员的技术要求，完善了控制过程，使得控制更加的自动化，并且避开了一些危险的动作。
 为了实现更好的监控，本文基于国产组态软件——组态王，利用VisualBasic编程和DDE链接，使显示与控制在计算机上实现，从而得到一个成本低、性能好的监控系统。

Development of Performance&Management System
based on Kingview
Abstract
 With the industrial automation speedily developed, computers are widely used in industry. People are requiring more and more to industrial automation and many kinds of control equipment and procedure monitor device are used in industry, which made the conventional industrial control soft can’t satisfy all kinds of requirement of the users. The two capital parts of performance system of thermal power station are interface and communication. The good configuration software can combinate the two parts well to performance the fact system of thermal power station. This paper describes the whole frame and design of configuration software. The system can change state itself along with following condition and show supervisory control interfaces so it can easily control and supervise the fact system. It also reduces the request of operators, perfects the control procedure, makes control procedure more automatic, and then avoid some dangerous actions.
  For the sake of better realization to control and supervision, this paper based on domestic configuration software Kingview and by using VB programming and DDE linkage, display and control are implemented in one computer. Thus a low cost and good performance system is obtained.
