On the other hand, we entered the era of information and network. The fleeting progress of the computer technology has a deep impact on society，which  has changed a great many of social facets. The traditional ways of thinking and ideas are undergoing tremendous shock. In recent years, Intercultural communication is a hotspot discussed and studied by people. Media, especially the new media based on network, plays a vital role in intercultural communication with foreign languages learning, but some new questions should be payed attention to. Currently,a widely recognized idea believes that media include newspaper, broadcasting, TV, Internet, mobile network. The first three are traditional media. Some scholars consider internet as a traditional media as well.
