浅析新世纪我国物业管理企业的发展

 摘要：进入新世纪，我国物业管理行业呈现出生机勃勃的发展趋势，随着一系列物业管理法规、制度的颁布实施，物业管理市场环境日趋成熟，既为物业管理企业创造了发展的机遇，也使物业管理企业面临着发展的挑战。如何抓住机遇，应对挑战，加快发展，是物业管理企业亟待破解的新课题。树立科学的发展观，坚持用科学的发展观为指导，是物业管理企业实现健康有序发展的必由之路。只有实施全面协调的发展战略，坚持以人为本的发展方针，坚持走文化兴企的发展之路，才能在激烈的市场竞争中抢得先机，才能在日益严峻的挑战中把握主动，迈向成功。

 Abstract：Enters the new century, our country estate management profession presents the full of vitality development tendency, along with a series of estate management laws and regulations, the system promulgates the implementation, the estate management market environment is day by day mature, also has created the development opportunity for the estate management enterprise, also causes the estate management enterprise to face the development challenge. How holds the opportunity, should to the challenge, speed up the development, is new task which the estate management enterprise urgently awaits to explain. Sets up the science development view, persisted with science development view is the instruction, is the estate management enterprise realizes the health to have the way that must be taken which the foreword develops. Only implements the comprehensive coordinated the developmental strategy, persisted the humanist development policy, persisted the culture is popular business road of the development, can snatch in the intense market competition takes the initiative, can grasp day by day in the stern challenge initiative, steps to the success.
