女性在商业活动中的积极作用

 摘 要
 本文通过对当今女性已在商业活动中占据的重要地位为切入点，从侧面阐述了女性在商业活动中所处的性别观念的变化和女性自身所具有的有利优势。进而提出在进几十年内女性在商业活动中所起到的作用越来越大，从而详细分析了女性在商业活动中的积极作用，包括现在女性在商业活动中坚持合作共赢的理念、兼顾长短期战略的决策、管理中倾向规避风险和柔性管理模式起到的影响。最后本文预测了女性角色在商业活动中的发展趋势，具体从女性所处环境、学术研究和社会责任的方面进行了分析。
 本文希望通过对现在女性在商业活动中的角色的改变，以及目前女性在商业活动中所占有的地位，希望能改变人们对女性的认识，并且认知女性在商业活动中的作用。

 Abstract

    Based on the breakthrough point of today's women have been occupied the important positions in business activities, set out from the side of women in the commercial activity of which changes in gender and women's own beneficial to have the advantages. Put forward in several decades into the commercial activities of women in the role more and more large, and then a detailed analysis of women in the commercial activity of an active role, including the women in commercial activities insist the idea of win-win cooperation, taking into account short and long-term strategic decision-making, management in the tendency to avoid risks and flexible management model, they play the impact on the commercial activities. Finally, making the prediction of the roles of women in the commercial activities, of which the development trend of concrete from the female environment, academic research and social responsibility aspects of the analysis.
    This article hopes to change the role of present women in the commercial activity and share of some status in the current commercial activity of women, I hope to change people's understanding of women and awareness of women in commercial activities.
