 摘要 
 医院门诊收费系统是适应时代发展的需要，提高管理的效率而开发设计的。通过对信息的收集、存储、传递、统计、分析、综合查询、报表输出和信息共享，及时为医院领导     及各部门管理人员提供全面、准确的各种数据。实现了医院管理的简单化和规范化，提高了医院的工作效率，从而能够使医院以较少的投入获得更多的经济效益和社会效益。
 本设计采用PowerSoft公司推出的PowerBuilder9.0快速开发工具做前台，以Microsoft公司的SQL Server数据库管理系统做后台，本^论文主要介绍了本课题的开发背景、所要实现的功能和开发过程。

The Design and Implementation of Hospital outpatient charges for management system
Abstract
 The Hospital out-patient service charges system is adapted to the needs of the development of the times and improve management efficiency and the development of design. Through to the information collection,the memory, the transmission, the statistics, the analysis, the synthesis inquiry, there port from output and information sharing, leading in time for the hospital managers and departments to provide comprehensive and accurate data. Has realized  the hospital management to simplify and standardize and improved  the efficiency of the hospital, which will enable the hospital to get more into less economic and social benefits.
 The design used PowerSoft corporations PowerBuilder9.0 fast development kit to make the onstage2000 database management system to make the backstage by Microsoft corporations the Microsoft SQL Server.the present paper mainly introduced thistopic development back gound,had to realized functionand developmeng prosess.
