摘要
基于网络数据库的学生公共选修课选课系统是在网络环境的支持下，开展学生选课和信息查询的一种较为先进的选课模式，它对于发挥学生选择课程的自主性，提高学校课程管理效率等方面具有十分重要的作用的意义，并且具有其它技术手段无可比拟的优越性。
本系统使用ASP作为开发工具，Access为后台数据库，从需求分析入手，经过调试和修正，最终达到了预期的功能和要求。
该^论文主要有四个章节组成，第一章主要对课题研究的背景，意义，可行性分析，开发工具选择等方面进行了介绍；第二章主要是对系统进行了总体分析和设计；第三章主要是对数据库进行设计与分析；第四章主要论述了系统的具体实现。

The Design and Development of Public Elective Course On-line Course Selection System for Our University
ABSTRACT
The choose subject system based on web that is under the support of network is an advanced pattern that the students can choose their subjects and search for information. It also can increase the modem managerial level and capable of competitiveness of university as well as provide the service for the net student and in order to apply the web into the education and use of the web source, advance the balance development of education.
This system uses ASP as developing tool, ACCESS as back-end database. First we start the project from the analysis of requirement, then we trial, test and improve continuously. At last, we reach the original expection.
This dissertation is consisting of 4 chapters. Chapter 1 introduces the background, meaning, feasibility, developing tool etc. Chapter 2 discusses the general analysis and design of the system. Chapter 3 talks about the analysis and design of the database. Chapter 4 discusses the implementation of the total system.
