基于CS模式的人事管理系统的开发和设计

摘  要
 
 人事管理系统就是我们常说的OA (Office Automation)，在强调管理，强调信息的现代社会中它变的越来越普及。而将信息管理系统与企业自动化设备相结合，则是当今社会现代企业的发展趋势。通过这样的管理方式，企业的管理人员、技术人员、统计人员等各部门员工就能从大量烦琐的资料和数据处理中解脱出来，只需对自己需要的数据和内容进行必须的处理，而不用对每个环节都了如指掌。这在一定程度上能够节省人力、物力，同时也大大加强了对数据处理的及时性和准确性。
 ^论文阐述了基于C/S模式的人事管理系统的开发和设计，并对该系统的需求分析及系统需要实现的设计方法作了介绍。该系统的基本功能模块主要包括机构编制管理、职工信息管理、薪资福利管理和系统管理。此系统是基于结构化设计的，分为后台数据库处理和前台操作两块，非常便于扩展和维护，以适应未来更复杂的应用。总之，该系统是一个可靠而有用的系统。

 Abstract  
 
 The personnel management system is OA which we often said (Office Automation), in the emphasis management, stressed that the information in the modern society it changes is getting more and more popular. But unifies the information management system and the business automation equipment, is now the social modern enterprise's trend of development. Through such mode of administration, enterprise's administrative personnels, the technical personnel, the count personnel and so on various departments staffs to be able extricate from the massive troublesome material and in the data processing, only need the data and the content which carries on must processing to oneself, but does not need to each link to know from everything. This can save the manpower, the resources to a certain extent, simultaneously also greatly strengthened to the data processing timeliness and the accuracy.
 The paper elaborated based on the C/S pattern's personnel management system's development and the design, and the design method which needed to realize to this system's demand analysis and the system has made the introduction. This system's basic function module mainly includes the organization establishment management, the staff information management, the salary welfare management and the system administration. This system is based on the structurized design, divides into the backstage database handling and the onstage operates two, is advantageous for the expansion and the maintenance, will adapt in the future a more complex application. In brief, this system is one reliable and the useful system.
