10kv干式变压器的设计
 
 摘  要：环氧树脂浇注干式变压器在设计制造、运行、最终处置三个环节的环保特性，论证了环氧树脂浇注干式变压器符合国家环保标志产品标HBC21—2004，进一步探讨了寿命终结后的干式变压器回收处理技术和方法。主要分析了有关干式变压器的一些技术问题及有关发展干式变压器的相关问题,如电流密度选择与绝缘耐热等级关系、绕组平均温升与绕组热点温升关系、自冷容量与风冷容量间关系、高压绕组联结法的选择,以及耐低温的问题。文中还介绍了拟采用的新的温升试验方法。

The design of 10kv class H dry-type transformer

Abstract：The environmental aspects in the three stages of designing and producing，running， disposal  of  the end·life of  Resin Cast Dry—type  Transformers are analyzed．Conclude that this kind of transform er fulfill the  standard  of  HBC2 1．．  The Certifiable Technical Requirement for Envkonmental Labeling Products Dry—type Power Tran sform ers． Far more  discussion and  illus~afion  on the recyclingan dhan dfingtechnologyofthe end—lifetran sform ersaregiveninthis article．
This paper analyses some technical  problems on  dry - type transformer  and the correlative problems on  developing  dry - type transformer ,  such as the relation between current dencity selection and  insulation  endurance class ,  the  relation between average temperature rise and  heat - spot temperature rise of winding ,  the
relation of self - cooling capacity and forced - air cooling capacity ,  selection of HV winding connection and  the problem of resistance to lower  temperature.  A new temperature rise test method which will adopted is introduced.
