CJ20-100交流接触器装配线设计

 摘  要：
 本课题以CJ20-100交流接触器为研究对象，进行装配工艺设计和装配流水线设计。根据装配的组织形式，产品的装配线采用带式输送机，双滚筒多拖辊水平输送方式，此方法便于提高产品生产效率的提高。所设计的检测夹具根据产品的技术条件能正确和方便的卸装产品；便于产品的出厂参数的调整和检验；检试效率要高；完整的出厂检试、调整、显示装置。在初检这步工序中检测夹具所要检测的内容是多方面的包括：接触器的开距、超程、同步性，另外产品的外观检测、动作特性、介电强度也在这一步工序中完成。
