CJ20-40交流接触器工艺及工装

 摘要：CJ20系列交流接触器是我国80年代初研制成功的新系列交流接触器，具有比较先进的技术性能。CJ20系列交流接触器采用双断点直动式，结构简单，可以立体布置，占用安装面积小，衔铁为直动式，没有转动轴，动触头没有软连接，有利于提高机械寿命。触头采用双断点结构对熄灭低压交流电弧很有利，从而简化了灭弧装置和提高了电寿命。本次设计主要是对CJ20-40交流接触器进行工艺设计，工艺是在零部件或产品生产过程中，为保证达到设计标准所需的技能、方法和手段、也是进行加工操作、计划调度、质量检查、劳动组织、材料供应和工具准备的技术依据。设计内容包括线圈、磁轭、桥形触头组件连接、塑料垫圈、触头支持、弹簧支持的工艺设计，质量检验方法及设备和弹簧支持弯曲模具设计。

 Abstract ：The CJ20's set exchange contactor is the new range exchange contactor that our country prepareed the success in the 80's early ，Have comparatively more well-developed technical performance .The CJ20's set exchange contactor adopts twin breakpoints straight the stiing styles ，Composition is easy ，May stereoscopic fixing up ，Occupying to fix , the area is little ，Stiing style of armature in the interest of straight ，Not turn the shaft ，Stiing the contact finger does not there is the pliable joint ，Be favour of lifing mechanical life 。It is very beneficial adjust goes out low pressure exchange electric arc that the contact finger adopts twin breakpoint compositions ，Thereby simplified the electricity puting out arc unit and raise life 。That this is designed chiefly is carrying on the technological design to CJ20-40's exchange contactor ，The technology is components either the produce production process in ，In the interest of gurrantee to attain designing the skill that the criterion requireed 、Means and measure 、Also is processing the operation 、Sheme is dispatched 、Quality check 、Labour organisation 、Stuff supply and means ready technique foundation 。Designing the substance consists of the coil 、Yoke 、Bridge form contact finger module joins 、Plastic material beds down the livestock 、Contact finger support 、Spring support technological design ，Quality inspection means and installation and spring back the crooked pattern to design 。
