 摘要：随着时代的发展，报纸、杂志、电视台等旧媒体面临着网络等新媒体的冲击，如何在竞争如此激烈的媒体行业占据自己的应有的地位，成了电视媒体如今面对的最主要的问题，而想要继续成为媒介的主要传播手段，与网络等新媒体的融合成了当今电视媒体的当务之急。在这种环境下，电视媒体可以从内容、播出方式、活动、品牌等方面与网络新媒体进行融合发展，重视节目内容质量，改变传播内容方式，与网络媒体进行互动传播，从而使电视媒体在人们心中占有重要的媒介地位。

The integration and Development Strategy of TV stations and networks media
   ABSTRACT：With the development of the times, newspapers, magazines, television networks such as the old media is facing the impact of new media such as how the media in such a competitive industry, should occupy its own position, now facing the television media has become the main problem, and want to continue to be the main means of communication media, and network integration of new media has become an urgent task of today's television media.
