摘    要
 近年来随着我国经济的持续发展，现代服务业在我国的经济发展中占据越来越重要的地位。为进一步推进城乡一体化进程，促进乡镇经济的快速发展，我国高度重视乡镇商业的发展，乡镇连锁超市也因此成为了政府的的重点扶持对象。不过企业要想发展，尤其是对于中小型乡镇企业的发展来说，资金问题是他们的重中之重。与大型的企业相比中小型企业的规模不是很大，发展模式并不算先进，经营实力也不很雄厚，因此投资商就会有很多顾虑，不会轻易投资，所以中小型企业的资金来源问题面面临一定的困难。若能帮助他们找到其中症结所在，使中小型企业认识到他们所面临的问题，并制定出正确的融资策略，这不仅能缓解中小企业融资难的问题，更为我国乡镇企业的发展，乃至全国的经济发展出了一份力量。
 本文就是以雪岩乡镇连锁超市为典例，从乡镇连锁超市的融资背景及意义谈起，分析我国及外国乡镇连锁超市融资的现状，并借鉴了外国的经验。然后分析雪岩连锁超市融资面临的问题，从国家政策，外部环境以及企业自身原因这三方面入手，找出问题的症结所在。最后在充分分析的基础之上提出雪岩超市的融资策略。本文希望通过分析雪岩连锁超市的实际情况，为我国中小企业的融资问题提供一定的帮助。

Abstract
 In recent years, with China's sustained economic development , modern service industries in the economic development of China's increasingly important position to occupy. In order to further promote the process of urban-rural integration, and promote the rapid development of township economy, China attaches great importance to the development of township business, supermarket chains township became the focus of government support for the object. However, to the development of enterprises, especially for the development of small and medium-sized township enterprises, the funding is their top priority. Large-scale enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises compared to the size not too big, not the advanced development model, operating power is not very strong, so investors will have a lot of concerns, will not invest, so sources of financing small and medium-sized enterprises issues face to face certain difficulties. Which can help them find the crux of the problem, so that small and medium-sized enterprises to become aware of the issues they face and to develop the right financing strategy, which will not only alleviate the problem of financing small and medium-sized, more of the development of township enterprises in China, as well as the National the economic development of a force out. This article is for township typical example of XueYan supermarket chains, supermarket chains from the township's finance background and significance of talk about, analysis of China's township and foreign supermarket chains status of financing and to learn from the experiences of foreign countries.XueYan supermarket chains and then analyzed the problems of financing, from national policy, external environment, as well as their own reasons for this three-pronged, to identify the crux of the problem. Finally, based on full analysis of the proposed financing strategyXueYansupermarket. This article hope that through the analysis of the actual situation of XueYan supermarket chains, for the financing of SMEs in China provide some help.
