大学科技园区的选择和评估标准研究

摘   要
 大学科技园是我国最近几年建立的一种新型的高新技术企业孵化器。它主要是依托研究型大学的科研、人才、信息、技术等方面的优势，汇聚高校、科研机构和高科技企业，转化高科技成果，孵化高新技术企业，从而促进我国高新技术产业的发展。大学科技园区的发展模式是目前各地区政府所积极关注的问题，大学科技园的发展不仅可以积极促进各地经济，促进地区产业结构的升级，而且可以将优秀高技术科研项目资源整合投入到商业中，实现科技的高新价值。
 本文在调查的基础上，分析了中国大学科技园产生的原因和创办的基本条件，并从大学科技园在创办和发展过程中各自不同的组织形式和成长方式，归纳为现有的五种发展模式：高新区、大学共同创办，依靠项目启础；在当地政府支持下大学自己创办。依靠项目启动；在当地政府支持下大学自己创办，依靠房地产启动；在当地政府支持下大学自己创办，以系列重点发晨项目为基础；联合多所高棱和当地政府合办．以系列重点发展项目为基础。最后比较中国大学科技周的主要发展模式，得出几点启示。

Abstract
 University of Science and Technology Park is established a new type of high-tech business incubators in China in recent years. It is mainly based on research-based university research, human resources, information, technology and other advantages, brought together universities, research institutions and high-tech enterprises, high-tech achievements transformation, high-tech enterprise incubators, thus promoting the development of China's high-tech industries.
