企业激励机制初探———以M公司为个案

 管理理论从科学管理发展到了人本管理，人成为管理中心后，激励也就自然成为管理工作的核心内容。寻求有效的激励方式和激励机制成了一个重要课题。本文通过对相关假设和理论的回顾，结合M公司的例子来探讨有效的激励机制应该是怎么样的，并希望可以给国内企业一些有益的启示 。

Abstract
 
 The organization structure adjust organization strategy and implements utmost important. There is not one kind of consummate organizational structure to be fit for all business , hence the organizational structure selection posses the great effect to the organization target . I shall analyze that they respectively are living by means of three Chinese business examples of case organization structure respect what is the main problem is elaborated that the Chinese business is living organization structure design respect what is the main problem form this dissertation, and fundamental means and rule on the basis of the organization structure design are propose fresh organizational structure that is fit for the organization target , and expect to assist the example of case business settlement organization structure respect problem .
