六西格玛质量管理体系在中国服务业的初步应用

摘 要
 本文把研究的焦点集中在两个方面：一方面是六西格玛（6σ）质量管理体系，另一方面是运输标准化(ITS) ，然后是六西格玛（6σ）质量管理体系应用于运输服务业质量改进与管理的探讨.本文的主要结构如下：第一部分课题的提出的动机以及研究意义等；第二部分介绍了六西格玛（6σ）质量管理体系及其特点; 第三部分讲述了我国运输服务业的现状运输服务业的管理问题；第四部分分别分析DMAIC模型和运输标准化(ITS)；最后第五部分较短,就六西格玛应用于运输标准化(ITS)的实施过程和蕴含的方法论进行了一些描述，初步的演示了一个应用于服务领域的六西格玛项目操作的过程.。

Abstract
 The article focuses on two aspect : the one is the 6σ system of quality management, another is the standardization of transport. Then raise some  elementary discuss of that applying the  6σ system of quality management to improvement of transport service industry.  The  construction of  the article is as the following :  the first part is about the rise of the problem and the meaning of studying it;  the second part introduces 6σ system of quality management and it’s feature and character; the third part describes the situation of  transport service industry in china ; the fourth part analyzes the model of DMAIC and ITS of  transport service industry ; the last fifth part is short but not least ,it describes the  process of that applying the  6σ system of quality management to improvement of transport service industry, and performs a simple operation of  6σ item in service industry or field.
