家族制企业管理与人本管理理论的结合之浅见

摘  要
家族制企业管理模式，是一种非常古老的管理模式。在中国的民营企业中，有70%采用家族市的管理模式。对于这一管理模式的优劣，理论界褒贬不一。而中国的家族制企业的产生有其特殊的背景，其发展也不同于西方的家族制企业。因此，中国民营企业是继续采取家族制管理模式，还是放弃这一管理模式，要根据中国家族制企业本身的特点和它所处的环境而定。本文共分为三个部分，分别论述了家族制企业的发展、人本管理理论的内涵和加组织企业管理与人本管理理论的结合，旨在通过对家族制企业管理模式和发展现状的分析，了解家族制企业所处的企业发展阶段，以及我国家族制企业所处的文化、社会和经济环境。并在充分了解人本管理理论内涵的基础上，提出将人本管理思想引入家族制企业管理，重点强调一种观念、思想的转变。也就是说，目前家族制企业要想摆脱管理上的困境，其关键在于一种观念上的转变，也即思想上的变革。

 This text totally is divided into three parts, and discussed the household system the business enterprise's development, person the inside of theories this management the with add the buildup business enterprise to manage respectively and person combination of theories this management, at pass to analysis household system business enterprise manage mode with develop present condition, understand the household system the business enterprise the culture, society for of business enterprise development stage, and our country household system business enterprise with the economic environment. Combine on the divide to understand the person this management the theories inside the foundation, bring up person this management thought is into the household system the business enterprise management, point emphasize the change of a kind of idea, thought. Too is to say, and the business enterprise of current household system want the predicament of wanting to get away from the management top, its key to not whether to establish modern business enterprise system or not, but is a kind of idea of change, and also namely thought ascend of replace.
