摘 要
法治化是遍及于"全球化"时代的当代世界各个角落的时代洪钟。中国社会在几经曲折之后，终于开始坚定地踏向法治化进程之路。"依法治国"与"依法行政"已成为当今我们所处时代举国上下之文明共识与时代最强音，而行政作为当代公权力中最具活力和最具扩张性的权力，稍有不慎，就会演变为一匹桀傲不驯的脱缰烈马，滥施无度。
我以为依法行政不仅要依“法”还要合理。“合理行政”应是当代依法行政原则的必有之意。全方位强化并倡导对政府行政行为的"行政合理性与行政合法性"原则的双重监督和法理性监控就显得万分必要且重要。
