文档编号:SW016 文档字数:11487,页数:24 摘 要:固定化酶技术是从生物体内提取出的酶,用人工的方法固定在载体上。与游离酶相比,固定化酶可以重复地使用大大降低了生产的成本。文中主要探讨了采用固定化中性蛋白酶水解黄鱼蛋白的工艺中的一些问题,研究了水解温度、溶液PH值、反应时间,酶浓度等因素对固定化中性蛋白酶水解黄鱼效果的影响。通过正交实验得出最佳水解条件:水解温度,50℃,溶液pH值为 7,水解时间为5h,酶浓度为1.5%。对游离酶与固定化酶在水解黄鱼蛋白时酶的活力进行比较。同时还对固定化中性蛋白酶和固定化酸性蛋白酶在水解黄鱼蛋白时的活力进行了比较。 Preliminary study of hydrolyzed protein of owls Abstract: Immobilized enzyme technology is extracted from the body's enzymes, using artificial methods fixed on the carrier. Compared with the free enzyme, immobilized enzyme can be used to duplicate greatly reduce the production cost. This paper mainly discusses some problems of using immobilized neutral proteinase hydrolysis owls process.Research of the effects of hydrolysis temperature, solution pH, reaction time, enzyme concentrate on immobilized neutral proteinase hydrolysis owls. By orthogonal experimental optimum hydrolysis conditions is: hydrolysis temperature 50℃, the solution pH7, hydrolysis time 5h, enzyme concentration 1.5%. Comparison of the vitality of the free enzyme and the immobilized enzyme when they hydrolyse owls. Also compare the vitality of neutral relatively immobilized enzyme and immobilized acid enzyme when they hydrolyse owls. 目 录
