基于ERP系统的多元化企业信息资源整合

摘要

 随着多元化企业的发展，多元化企业信息资源与日俱增，信息资源整合成为其信息化建设中的必要环节。由此本文从企业信息资源整合的本质出发，结合多元化企业自身的特点，分析基于ERP系统的多元化企业信息资源整合优势和内容。通过参考有关资料，了解多元化企业信息资源整合的现状和主要问题，综合分析基于ERP系统的多元化企业信息资源整合的方式，最终提出多元化企业信息资源整合的解决方案。文中通过对实际案例的具体分析，提出了基于ERP系统处理多元化企业信息资源整合的发展方向。

ABSTRACT

 With the development of diversified enterprises, the information resources of diversified enterprises are increasing. Information resources integration is the necessary part of diversified enterprises informatization. This paper sets out from nature of enterprise information resources integration, combining with the characteristics of the diversified enterprises, this paper analyses the superiorities and contents of the diversified enterprises’ information resources integration based on ERP. On the basis of relevant materials and understanding the status and major issues of diversified enterprises’ information resources integration, this paper synthetically analyzes the manner of the diversified enterprises’ information resources integration based on ERP, finally proposes some solutions for the information resources integration of diversified enterprises. By Analyzing of the actual example, the paper raises the direction of development about the information resources integration of diversified enterprises based on ERP.
