某外贸公司生存发展战略研究

摘  要

  在我国加入世界贸易组织和对外贸易经营权开放之后，我国外贸公司所处的经营环境发生了深刻的变化。外贸公司普遍面临着巨大的经营压力，特别是地处我国东部的外贸公司，其情况是不容乐观。为了解决外贸公司在新形势下的生存发展问题，文档首先对我国外贸公司在新形势下的生存环境进行分析，并运用经济学的分工理论和交易费用理论对我国外贸公司在新经济形势下存在的必然性进行了论证。其次对浙江某外贸公司的现状进行研究，并在运用SWOT分析的基础上提出某外贸公司的生存发展战略，得到了虽然新形势下外贸公司会面对很多困难，但是只要采取正确的战略是可以生存发展下去的结论。

ABSTRACT

 After  we enter into the WTO and the open of prosecution privilege to international trade company, the management environment of international company have been change a lot in our country. all   companies have to endure the huge pressure,  especially the international company in east of our country ,the situation is not good .in order to solve the problem of living and development of international company in this new  situation ,first, there is a analysis about the living environment of foreign trade company under the new situation in our country first. and we use the theory of divide work and deal charge in economic to prove the inevitability of our foreign trade company’s living under new situation. second, after the researching about the current situation of one foreign trade company in ZheJiang province, then we put forward the strategy of living and development under the basic of SWOT analysis .at last ,we draw the conclusion that although the foreign trade company will meet a lot of new problem under the new situation ,it can survive and develop as long as we adopt the right strategy.
